Eco Friendly Kids

Everyone can play a part in helping the environment and getting kids involved and acting on eco friendly ideas when bringing up kids is good practice both for now and our future.

A good idea is to sit down and put together a guide that you should all follow. Be realistic when putting a guide together, cutting out air travel, car journeys and fast food binges is simply going to be too hard to follow for most families! Instead try to limit when these may happen and try to think of viable alternatives such as looking for eco friendly holidays or getting to your destination by walking or biking etc. It is also important to retain the kids interest in the plan by making it as much fun as you can. Consider creating a wall chart to track your familys progress.
