MacLane makes a good residential area, power reel mower or Locke or for riding reel mower National
@ Daw162 OMG, I tottaly agree with you, I have landed a reel mower and it will not cut grass, a crapy job. Thinking to go back to gas. Had hoped a video showing how to find more cut grass, but did’nt find any ;-(
@ Daw162 I can not find, a residential-grade powered reel mower, however. Only Oldies or commercial. I’d like a Brill a gas-powered, ideal. No note, very good.
@ Daw162 Yes your right, a roll move ‘scissors’ the grass standing without him. This creates a canopy to shade the soil to a much lower height than a rotating, which sucks to cut the blades, which means you have more grass shadow of the earth. Brill is my max height 43mm, I think. At this level I do not water my grass was more often than the neighbor.
@ Fireworkstube oh yeah, almost forgot, one engine would take care of small sticks, and what the day with a push-powered ruin Mäher.Die thing to me the most is stopped on a Jacobsen F10? Ground Hog carcasses! Had the role to come back to them again until it heraus.Obwohl rammed soil, it would be a golf ball cut in half and throw it out the top through the rollers to nothing – just heard a “sound” if he did.
@ Fireworkstube I agree. I like to work the type of motorized and hydraulic reel machines. I think about thinking of a gas-powered machines for my garden – only one, let me cut in 2 “and remember it well finden.Ich me out with wheels, the smaller the cut, the better the job at 4.3. “grass quickly fries, but it grows through roles differently, but also, as in a half, might have been like a rotary mower at 2 +.
@ Daw162 agree completely. I have a Brill / Gardenia, which I love. Pretty much the same no-touch reel mower as Fiskar. I think a role mower mower is better, but not without a power source. Any type of motor would be all of the disadvantages, as you can just go slow and let the blades do the work to take. With a push-reel, you have to go forward, to cut the coil. That is why you end up with 2) and 3). You also need not worry about 1) with a motor. So the solution, add engine!
How has it been since that time? Did you verify that cut the blades to test all over the paper?
ok I’ve already no engine no environmental pollution. Jeeezus.
I have spent my share of time trying to roll on a Jacobsen F10 – I would like to try the thing, show cut 4 inches tall grass. It would just cut and was less than half the Blätter.Ich going on this thing next time I go to Lowes PEEK, out of curiosity, but it does not have the real problems of mowing with a reel mower to get: 1) You must more often mähen2) order is still away unmowed3) leafy vegetables and high weeds will not be affected werden4) If you are a decent cut, you really have to go short
Made in China, but high as in the Western world and the other Fiskars fabric is made in price?
ITS $ 249.00
I want one!
If you really wanted to go green, you would have a garden plant. I love reel mowers, although I believe that man is climate change caused a massive power grab and is presented as the biggest robbery in history. If something really killed us was how to say this little chicken, Gore worship that will keep people, then the solution is a ban would not be a tax.
I can get rid of my crap gasoline lawn mower, that grass is always blowing in my face installed with the bag. This would be a good way to go, I will mow in a week. No more gas.
Yes, I’m not big on all these eco-hype stuff, but this mower probably makes a lot of financial sense. There would be virtually no maintenance or fuel costs, the initial purchase price is basically everything you’ve ever had to spend on this thing. But I, because they are so new and newly invented really think now with all the new design features, its price is high and that still holds a lot of people away.
Really
@ Cjacustomwoodworkingsicher, why not, when at one point due to global warming, you do not need to cut a lawn.
Enough with the environmental impact of cutting my lawn. to talk so tired of all this Earth Day crap.
I bought this mower from “people powered machines” – and it cuts the grass, but pushes them through a lot. No, it was not too long. Here is the response from the seller of the product on a question as to why it does not work: “Maybe you have to get a lawn mower for the first cut and keep it with the Fiskars.” Well, why should a lawn mower first, then buy them to cultivate?
This mower can not, like a sack of Rotary, and you have much trouble to push it down so that traces on moist soils. No, thank you.
I have a role mower and it is adjustable, so not sure what the reference is Fiskars. I also want this Fiskars had a wider cut. She did not explain exactly how it without touching the knife cuts either. looks good to me, but expensive – should be 150.00
They make good scissors. They are very sharp and have fine quality steel.
@ MrCamel1974 recognize that Friskars a Finland based company that has factories in the U.S..
