I walked a lot of this type of material, I’m totally into it during the day!
@ City Penguin polyester or other synthetic materials are best. Silk and natural fibers tend to scorch and burn, rather than to melt slightly and waves. I’ve found linings work well – and are super cheap!

Tute great! I’ve done this and a nice variation is to make all the circles the same size, then sew them together off-center, so they kind of fans.
